What an exciting adventure - sharing leadership at Bryant. I bring my enthusiasm, experience and energy to the Bryant school community.

I have experience as a principal and educator at the elementary, K-8 and high school levels. I have experience as a counselor and organizational consultant. I love the role as principal because it allows me to actively shape school practice by learning with and supporting skilled staff through shared instructional leadership. As principal I contribute to children’s excitement about and engagement in learning. What a great job!

The strengths of an organization lie in collaborative, focused implementation of shared beliefs, vision and goals. Student learning is everyone’s responsibility and I value all roles in the education process. Shared leadership and authentic collaboration allows everyone’s strengths to shape the school’s success.
